Top 5 Beauty Products | Beauty

Hiiii! Today I've been feeling really ill, and been so lazy! Snuggling the dog and a hot water bottle all day. (Also decided to pass my French revision till tomorrow)oops.
But back to the subject, I have 5 amazing beauty products that I have researched thoroughly and have put them in a 'beauty chart', if you like.
1. Weleda Revitalising Hair Tonic, £9,95. I recently read about hair Tonics and I really liked the sound of it. With highlighted hair, it often gets dry and brittle so having something nourishing to use once or twice a week is great. This has rosemary oil, horseradish leaves and stonecrop to promote faster growth (YES!!!) and healthier hair shafts. It also smells AMAZING..with a price like that I think this is a must have.
2. L'Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream £19. Chapped hands in winter? Same. It's something that I never used to get but ever since last winter, when the cold weather comes so does my dry skin. Having soft, moistened hands is the best! With Shea butter, honey, almond and cocounut oils, your hands will be as soft as silk, but it is a little pricey..
3. Chanel Le Vernis [in] Rose Moiré £18. Rose Gold jewellery is trending this autumn, and recently the trend has spread to our nails! This is an amazing colour for autumn and winter, it's gold, you can't go wrong. Super Chick.
4. Legology Air-lite Daily Lift For Legs,£60. When used daily, it encourages lymphatic drainage, improves circulation and wards off cellulite PLUS toning and tightening! Must admit, this is a bit of a Mum product, but the toning bit sounds great too me! A little bit pricey though..
5. RiRi Loves MAC Powder Blush Duo in Hibiscus Kiss, £23. With its stunning rose gold packaging and amazing shades, I simply adore  Rihanna's new makeup collab with my fav makeup brand. This two in one product it's perfect for contoring, blushing and even blending together for a  beautiful all over warmth. Beautiful!

Hope you liked this post and I should be posting again this week with some fashion trends. Speak soon!

Autumn's Here | Fashion & Beauty

Hi loves!

Not spoke in SOOO long, so i decided to do an extra long post for you all. I firstly want to start off by saying i hope you had a Fantastic summer and you are enjoying the slow transition into the falling leaves, rain and wooly jumpers. Autumn is my favourite season and i have so many fashion must-haves and beauty tips for this time of year! I also want to fill you in on a little i got up to over the summer and after.
I have just arrived back from Germany. I stayed just outside Cologne in a lovely, quaint town called Boppard and everything about the area was just so lovely! I visited a Cookery school, a Chair lift to the top of the rhineland around Boppard (where the views were just breath taking!) and visited the Chocolate Museum in cologne. I had such a lovely time with my friends and i hope to take my mum there some day!
So, back on to autumn exciting-ness! First i am going to be talking about Beauty for this season, i just love the way you can change your makeup depending on the weather and events!
Here are some of my most recent purchases;

- Touché éclat in shade 2 - Estée Lauder £21
- eyeshadow 'Cork' - Mac £12.50
- Poudre Universelle Libre in 'transparent' - Chanel £39.50
- Glaze lipstick in shade 'Hue A43' - Mac £15
- Lipstick Rouge Pur Couture shade 24 -Estée Lauder £25
-Mascara  Inimitable Intense 'Noir 10' - Chanel £24

So thats what i bought over just over a month after a little bit of saving and i am over the moon with every single product! If you get the chance to pop into one of these counters, ask for a sample and see how great they are for yourself!

Autumn makeup ideas and tips
As you can see from my buys, i believe in autumn most the attention should go on lips and eyes! I think it looks simple and beautiful when just using a concealer to cover up blemishes and spots (recommend Mac Cover Up concealer) and a highlighter to brighten dark circles and tiredness (recommend Touché éclat) without going all out using a full foundation. Just make sure underneath you use a good moisturiser that delivers moister into your skin throughout the day to keep your skin glowing. For the lips, go for colours of leaves that are falling! my personal favourites are Bright oranges and plums, they remind me of halloween and cinnamon and trees AHHH its all so exciting and cute! One shade that is the killer of all shades this season is Giorgio Armani Rouge D`Armani in Rouge 402, its a dark hot pink, warm and plumy(if thats a word?). I just love it. Below Kylie Jenner rocks the dark pink lips captioned "Dark Lips for Fall".

With the eyes, in autumn i like to stay away from the blacks and silver 'smokey' look. I think eyes look great with a light brown in the crease and a soft peach on the lid, or just a natural peach all over. Use matts and stay away from shimmer unless for a night time look. The browns are like logs and leaves and again linking it all back to the seasonal colours. For eyeliner use a Brown, thinly line your eyes leaving a small wing and then blend it so it looks soft and not too hard. I promise you this will bring out the colour of your eyes, too. Powder over your makeup, add bronzer to contour the cheeks and T zone, then rose blush and you are sorted!

Fashion ideas and tips

Fall is pretty easy going with fashion. I love thick scarfs or Snoods, River Island have some particularly nice ones in at the moment. I also am addicted to black, sounds sooo boring - but mix up the textures.
Eg. Leather Skinny Leg trousers, Chiffon Black blazer and Wooly Scarf paired with some plain chelsea boots, at Berry or red lipstick and your sorted! For the more colourful people out there, try a floral Kimonos with a white cotton vest underneath, with some red waxed jeans and a cream scarf paired with Beige Uggs.

Thanks so much for reading this post and i PROMISE i will never leave it this late again! I feel terrible. Shout out to @harrietfanpage (instagram) for reminding me... school is making me forget about the more important things in life. Anyway, thankyou thankyou thankyou, i love you. And i hope you enjoyed reading!!!

All my love

Fashion - Summer Essentials

So a heat wave has bloomed over the UK and I had to reevaluate my summer waredrobe. Blue Denim shorts are a must-have in summer, they never go out in fashion and go with most things e.g simple tops. I have some black Levi's however black shorts are very limited to what they go with and so I thought I would invest in some light denim Levi's.
After trying many pairs, I found ones that fit well, that had a nice colour etc from Urban Outfitters at a reasonable £32.
On the same day I bought a cute pack of earrings from New Look for £4.99. Along with some hair grips and a cute coke bottle with my name on!
So what is your one summer essential for your outfits? comment!

Lifestyle- Perfect On The Go Snack

You know when you are hungry, but your mum has dinner cooking at home? Yes, this seems to happen to me almost every time I am out.
Starbucks is one of my favourite places to meet with friends, I love the atmosphere and of course the food is delicious.
I find it very ideal for snacks, as on this day a few weeks ago I treated myself to a small lunch of; a Triple Caramel Frappe, Brown Bread Egg Sandwiches and A huge chocolate chip cookie.
If you haven't tried this frappe before..I serious recommend you too...

Fashion - Topshop Newin

Hello! So as you may have seen, about two days ago i uploaded a collage of different clothes i made on a app called Polyvore (its a great app, you should get it if you haven't already!) and my aim is to try and get all those clothes, which i know won't happen, but ill still try! The first thing i got from my wish list is a Biker jacket from Topshop. My friend Chloe got this jacket and i absolutely fell in love with it, in fact, i still haven't asked her if it was ok to get it too.......

So anyway, i looked at it on the website and i read the reviews which all said very positive things about the quality etc, and all of them said that it looks great with everything - i have a very plain, mostly black wardrobe so i like to get things that go with black clothes - and so it seemed perfect. The jacket is £60 and you can get it here. I ordered the jacket on sunday night and it came just today, which i thought was very fast considering i didn't even have to pay for delivery!

Heres a picture;

Worn with -
Top: Urban outfitters, £20
Leggings: Jack Wills, £24.50

So as you can see the colour is really versatile and lightens up this plain outfit! The material is like a soft chiffon feel and it hangs slightly heavy on the shoulders which gives the jacket a much more loose fit, making it look much more expensive than it is. The zips are a dark silver colour and they make the jacket look great zipped up for a more formal look and zipped down for a more casual look.

The jacket will be a great investment piece, i will be able to wear it with dresses, shorts, jeans, leggings, disco pants; and i can dress it up and down as i like. This is defiantly going to help me add a bit of luxury to plain, old clothes this summer and i can't wait to wear it out.

Thanks for reading, talk soon!

Beauty - Chanel Haul & Review

Chanel Haul and Review.

Hello Lovelies!
Before i start ranting on about the first of many products i will be talking about on my blog i just want to reassure you this is my first EVER blog post and i hope to improve, so I'm so sorry if its not great and feel free to comment anything i should of included!

So, hello again! Last weekend i decided to treat myself to rather unneeded purchases, i went into York and had a snoop round the gorgeous Chanel counter in Browns (Chanel is also sold in Fenwicks but i prefer browns as i have a loyalty card!) ANYWAY..so i needed a new primer, i ran out of my Estèe Lauder Colour Correcting Primer&Foundation Base a few days before, and i just HATE wearing foundation without a primer and/or a base. I loved the fact that with the Estèe Lauder one, it was 2 in 1, though.
I had read so many raving reviews about the 'Blanc De Chanel' base, and so i was so desperate to try it, and when i tried it on by a lovely assistant, it was love at first sight. It smells so beautiful and makes your skin feel so soft and clean, and i was getting more than i hoped for as it is like a moisturiser, primer and base in one, so i wasn't missing out! The bottle its self comes in a sophisticated white clouded glass bottle, although i would find it a bit difficult to travel with as i wouldn't want the bottle to smash! The simple yet stunning Chanel design and lid makes my makeup kit look so elegant. I found the fact it did not come with a pump a tiny bit annoying, but instead it comes with a small spatular engraved with the Chanel design, and after a while i liked that i could choose how much of the product i would like to use. The product itself is in liquid form, white, thin and super smooth - it is just perfect, and it makes my makeup stay on all day long, you can also wear this alone if you don't want to do a full face of makeup and it evens up your skin tone and refreshes your face.
So after i fell in love with my first purchase i realised i can't go back into town with just a base on- it was a saturday....scary hipsters?! Ok so, i asked the assistant to try a foundation, with no idea at all i would end up buying it....-_-. Before this I used Mac Pro Long Wear, although it is a great foundation and i will write a review on it ASAP, it just did not suit my skin, as my T zone is very dry. I needed something more smooth and hydrating. I told this to the assistant and she bought out the Vitalumière foundation out, and again...i fell in love (it is a bad and expensive obsession) and when she tried it on, i just HAD to get it. The foundation itself is not a full foundation as i don't think they are suitable for young skin, but it is a creamy, smooth liquid that glides on effortlessly, especially with the base underneath. You can build up the layers you want for your coverage and it new looks or feels caked but always light and gentle. The colour i got is gorgeous and it adds slight warmth to my skin without looking orange and fake. The smell and packaging is also fabulous.
I bought those two things and they came to *sigh* £70, BUT i hardly need to use any and so i hope they last a very long time! The assistant also threw in 2 free samples of eye gel which was very nice, but not a necessity.
She finished off my look with a clear powder to set, blusher and some lipstick, and it all felt so nice, not heavy, and i felt as if my skin could actually feel the air for once! The products came in a gorgeous white Chanel bag. A good days shopping, don't you think?!
Heres a picture of my new favourite additions to my ever-growing addiction.
PS. feel free to comment any questions about this post or anything you want me to write about! Im aiming to write 2-3 posts a week so i need inspiration! Thanks, talk soon :)
